How would you describe your photography style?
My work is a blend of documentary storytelling and timeless portraiture. I aim to capture your day as it unfolds naturally — the framable classics and the fleeting in-betweens — while also leading you through a few guided portraits that feel effortless and artful.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reserve their date a year or so in advance, especially for popular spring and fall weekends. But if your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out! You never know til you try :)
For engagement/family/maternity sessions, I suggest booking your date during the season or two leading up to your ideal time for photos. For example - if you want Fall photos, book in the Spring. If you want Summer photos, book in the Winter.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I photograph weddings across the U.S. and abroad. Travel fees vary depending on the location, and I handle all of the logistics so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Do you offer/RECOMMEND a second shooter?
Yes! I offer second shooters as an add on to your package. Second photographers basically just help to an extra layer to your gallery — they come in handy if you care to have multiple angles of big moments (like the first kiss, first look etc), consistent coverage of different groups throughout the day, or they could even be more guest focused while I focus on the two of you during portraits, so you get different perspectives of the day. They’re good to look at as supplementary to your gallery!
How many images will we RECEIVE and when?
Every wedding is unique, but typically couples receive 600–900 final images. You’ll receive a few sneak peeks within the week, and your full gallery will be delivered within 8–12 weeks.
For all other sessions, photos are typically delivered within 4 weeks.
Do you offer albums and keepsakes?
YES, and they are my favorite! Your wedding day should absolutely live on beyond your online gallery. I offer custom designed heirloom albums, fine art prints, editorial style magazines and more.
what if something happens and you can’t make it?
In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call on. You will always be taken care of <3
How do we book you?
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a booking proposal with your package details. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer hold your date, and the rest is history! The remainder of your balance is due closer to your wedding day, and payment plans are available.

“Emilee was definitely my answered prayer. My husband and I had a quick engagement and put everything together quickly. I prayed for a wedding photographer, I was two weeks out from my wedding day and no photographer. I had a few options but none that I was excited about. I saw the style of Emilee’s photos and loved it! She was extremely sweet, very professional and made me feel incredibly special on my special day. She helped me pose when needed *I asked for guidance*. She caught beautiful candid photos as well. I didn’t have a cake topper because I made a cheesecake for our “cake”. Emilee was so creative. We had a Polaroid camera for guest. She took a Polaroid of my husband and I and put that as our cake topper. We should have taken two because it was our favorite photo before printing them off. He wanted it in his truck and I wanted it where we could both enjoy it. She’s so creative, fun and just a joy to be around. If we ever need more photos taken I am thrilled to give her a call!”
